Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy does not include returns or exchanges. We will only provide exchanges if you received the wrong item or a damaged item. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. 

Shipping

Shipping may take between 12-25 days from purchase due to demand. We strive to ship as fast as possible for our customers. You may receive your item sooner that 12 days.

The Self Made Babes will not be held responsible for items, lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged during transit. Our store hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-10pm ET & Saturday 9am-5pm ET. Orders and emails will be received over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, during a peak season, it may be longer.

International Orders

Please be advised that if you are ordering outside of the continental United States, customs fees may be applicable per your country's regulations and may cause delays with the delivery time. Any customs fees are the customer's sole responsibility.

Please let us know if you have issues with your order. We're happy to resolve any issues. We do not accept returns. We can accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed and undamaged items for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Once your merchandise has been returned, we will issue a store credit for the total value of your exchange minus the shipping costs, via email within 24-48 hours. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
